I want to appreciate Mary, she’s been outstanding in seeing that all maintenance issues reported are being dealt with. When I first moved in, it was like the whole apartment was plagued with one fault or the other. But she took them off one after the other and it's all on her commitment to ensuring my family and I live comfortably.
