After dealing with many estate agents who aren’t particularly friendly it was lovely to speak with Victoria! She helped us throughout the whole deposit process and kept us up to date regarding viewings, she was extremely patient too as I was unable to reply straight away, overall lovely and amazing customer service every time we speak.

As a property investor I’ve been dealing with moss properties for a while now, I must say the service and customer care is great. The negotiators there have always been very friendly and helpful, especially who I’m currently dealing with, a lady called Rhiane. Any query I’ve had has been answered promptly and she always seems to go above and beyond with the request I am making which is making my property search much easier. Before Rhiane I was dealing with another lady called Ella who was also very similar in the aspect of customer care and being extremely helpful. Look forward to getting a deal tied down sometime soon with moss and adding to my portfolio.

I have never found anyone as helpful as Victoria especially when it comes to renting a property. I don't think words can justify her professionalism and her commitment to work. I am a doctor and I was searching a property for my sister who happens to be a doctor too. We usually work out of hours and it just adds more stress because we are mostly not available to view the property we are interested in. But the way Victoria sorted everything out is completely exceptional and extraordinary. With the dedication that you put to your work, I am sure you will go places and will be super successful. 🤞

From the outset of meeting Annie at the door (earlier than arranged) which was a bonus because I was in the vicinity already looking around the area. She let me no I was able to go in when I'm ready. When the door opened I was greeted with the warmest of smiles. I was shown around the property with no pressure of rushing and she was sure I didn't miss an inch of the property, I asked questions and she answered straight back with the right information, if the information could not be answered she found the answer from the vendor there and then. I was very satisfied with my viewing. Before I left I was told if I need any more information then, please don't hesitate to ask.
