A fantastic experience with this estate agent, and in particular Frances Bowling. They were not even my estate agent (although I wish they had been!). Frances was the estate agent for the property we were purchasing. Fantastic professional service, very responsive and great communication across a range of channels at any time it was needed (day or night). She handled a tricky chain and chased everyone throughout to ensure that a desirable outcome was achieved for all. Which was a lot more than I can say for my estate agent!! Even though Frances and Moss were not my estate agent I would highly recommend them based on my experience, and I would use them if I were to move again in the future.
