J-S was selected because the firm has a very good market reputation but we had no previous contact with the Dorking branch. We chose very well - our experience can only be described as outstanding. Our home was always going to be challenge to sell because of location so this was not a simple case of advertise and it would fly off the books in a few days and the agent would quickly earn a fat commission for doing very little. The process had to be worked professionally and indeed it was. This was a superb J-S Dorking team effort but we would also single out Chris Fairclough who was exceptional as our principal point of contact. Never did we feel we were being treated as "just another client"; Chris at no time gave the impression that he was juggling lots of priorities and we were just one of those sales to spend a few minutes on from time to time before moving onto someone else.
