My husband and I were thoroughly impressed with the team in Dorking and the professional and efficient way they managed the sale of our house. All the team we had dealings with were very personable and ensured the process ran as smoothly as possible, showing great understanding when we did hit a hiccup or two. Communication was as efficient as we were promised, verbal feedback was given promptly and a weekly email received every Tuesday afternoon without fail! In particular, Chris was fantastic at liaising with the various parties and worked relentlessly to iron out any problems and ensure the chain held tight, constantly keeping us closely informed.
