We chose Jackson-Stops carefully, they had a better knowledge of local property and a realistic assessment of their values. The team have worked together seamlessly - everybody who answered the phone seems to knew exactly what was going on with our sale. Lucy was our day-to-day point of contact and was a delight to work with. Good humoured, positive, pro-active and, best of all, great at communicating: answering emails and calls promptly. Moving house can never be stress-free but the Jackson-Stops team took away as much of the stress as was possible.
