Very helpful and knowledgeable. Produced a beautiful brochure full of lovely photographs which will provide a wonderful memory of our bungalow and garden. Very calm and reassuring when difficulties arose and we were beginning to get worried. Very competent in dealing with prospective buyers and carrying out negotiations.
