The team at C J Hole Downend were brilliant through-out the sale of our house and the purchase of our new one. We were glad to have you looking after both ends of our move. From the first contact, the taking of photographs through to the sorting out of paperwork, each member of staff we dealt with, David, Lois, Louie, Rowena and Lucy were pleasant and friendly to deal with. We'll always remember the phone call from Lois to say that she thought she had found the perfect house for us, and she had. Recently sold our house through CJ Hole Downend. After a very long winded, difficult process with solicitors, they remained friendly, helpful and persistent to insure completion. Our move manager was Lucy Webster, who was amazing and so patient with us, and she completely went above and beyond to make this move happen. Very big thank you to Rowena and David also for being really informative, constantly following up and listening to us vent at times. Very glad we chose them and would definitely recommend.
