I would happily recomend CJ Hole. I recently sold my late parents house using CJ Hole. I was provided with feedback details of all viewer and the property was sold STC after less than 2 weeks. It was an empty house for first time buyers. Unfortunately the buyers made a particularly poor choice of conveyancers which had an impact on how quickly things proceeded. CJ Hole kept in constant contact with both me and my solicitors regarding these shortcoming by the buyers conveyancers. They kept chasing the buyers leagal advisors and got things completed. Big thanks to Andy & the team who alway responded to my incresing nmber of email promptly and profesionally. The sale has just completed to big sighs of delight all around.

All incredibly friendly and polite with zero pressure at any time. They also went beyond when I got stressed with the house being completed by a certain time. Molly-May was amazing and when we needed to visit the property be it for measuring or just to go back she always offered and did it with such passion and pride. We purchased our house through CJ Hole Downend. From the viewing right through to the completion date they were amazing. At the Viewing, Alex never rushed us round, he gave us around half an hour to look around, was prepared with all the answers to questions before we even asked them. I have never experienced this with an agent before, it was a pleasant change. We had an awkward time selling our house, but people like Dianne and Lucy worked so hard to find out what was going on, and keep us updated (even though we should have found out these things from other people!). David was the first team member I met, he impressed me immediately, he was polite, knowledgable, calm and without any "slick rick" sales patter. I don't like pressure selling and this certainly wasn't the way with David, he talked through his valuation, fees and what he could offer to the sale (I met 3 agents, he was by far the best). They sold the house relatively quickly and the transaction was smooth, they met all my expectations and I was proud to have a CJ Hole for sale sign outside the house. Alex and David always communicated diarised viewings and always arrived early to ensure the viewing went smoothly, we always left them to it so people could wander around the house with plenty of time and no pressure. The viewing process was no problem with CJ Hole Downend. Dianne was really key to ensuring the chain stayed on track after the offer was accepted, this is something that shouldn't be underestimated when buying/selling houses. She was a real star. I just purchased a property that was listed with CJ Hole and I could not fault them. They were quick to respond, dealt with any problems and were generally wonderful to work with. Having had some really awful experiences with other estate agents in Downend and Emersons Green, CJ Hole was a really refreshing change.
