An amazing experience with a professional letting company. They made the tenancy process very easy and enjoyable. Starting from booking the viewing, viewing the house, administrative procedures and arranging for the tenancy paper work. Couldn’t be happier with the support and the high professional level of the cooperation. Accommodated my request to expedite the process to be able to move 5 days before the agreed date. Such a good experience. Super helpful even when I got lost and couldn’t find my way they had a staff member help me via the phone!! Louis was an absolute star and made sure I was listened to and really vouched for me which was so nice and got me the dream flat! Such a lovely team and so quick and helpful.

Incredibly helpful throughout the process. From the beginning, in being available for viewings at relative short notice and having the time to allow a more thorough inspection, to then getting back to me with answers to my follow-up questions (thank you, David). Staff never seemed put out. Andy in particular was the star of the process, going beyond what you might reasonably expect an estate agent to do (certainly more helpful than my solicitor!) to ensure the process ran as smoothly as it could do. Really friendly team and great communication, we bought our place through CJ Hole Downend this year and they couldn’t have been more helpful, always returned calls and emails and helped push our sale through toward the end so we could move when we needed to.
