Cannot recommend enough. Anyone hesitating to pay a proper estate agent to sell their property should remember that you're paying for the after sales service they provide and not just a listing! We had a pretty difficult chain to deal with, but Andy and the team at CJ Hole worked tirelessly, going above and beyond dealing with all other estate agents and solicitors in the chain, to finally get us to completion.
