"The reason my house buying..."
The reason my house buying process went so smoothly was mainly down to Sophie's diligence, persistence, knowledge and incredibly helpful manner. Sophie superseded my expectations of an agent, making the process not only straightforward for the buyer but also on-point for me, the seller. I have recommended Sophie and the Downend branch to a number of my friends, one of whom is in the process of exchanging. Again, a huge thanks to Sophie. A hardworking, up front and knowledgable woman, who facilated and resolved speedy negotiations with the outcomes working for both parties. Would definitely recommend Sophie, and her team.

Eva was very professional,

Andy was instrumental in the
Andy was instrumental in the sale of my property. He not only advised me on the sale but worked above and beyond to ensure the long chain did not collapse. Andy took the time to ring solicitors, other agents in the chain and most importantly ensured everything was on track. The whole team were excellent from the photos of my propert to showing prospective buyers round.

We were the buyers of the
We were the buyers of the property that CJ Hole was selling. There were a few challenges during the sales process and CJ Hole did an excellent job of keeping us informed and trying to resolve any issues that arose. They very successfully helped resurrect the sale when it fell through, meaning we could still buy our chosen property and didn't lose any money all paid out on solicitors fees etc.

Having just purchased a
Having just purchased a property through CJ Holt I can not praise the staff in the Downend office highly enough. Throughout the transaction they were always professional, friendly and any queries were answered quickly and accurately. Things did not run smoothly on the day of completion (issues with solicitors) but the staff, in particular Andy and Sophie, really went the extra mile to ensure that I could pick up the keys and move in. Their professionalism, calmness and kindness made what was a very stressful situation bearable. My thanks to both them and the whole team!

Andy was so helpful and
Andy was so helpful and approachable and managed our sale which did not always run smoothly. He was quick in his responses and we cannot fault him. Dave was also very helpful when we had an issue, and the sales girls Sophie and Eva were also very friendly, knowledgable and contactable whenever we needed them. I had doubts about using a high street agent as you can get cheaper fees with online agents but CJ Hole were worth every penny as they worked hard to ensure that my sale went through smoothly. Thank you Andy and team, we are now settled in our new home and loving it.
