We were the buyers of the
We were the buyers of the property that CJ Hole was selling. There were a few challenges during the sales process and CJ Hole did an excellent job of keeping us informed and trying to resolve any issues that arose. They very successfully helped resurrect the sale when it fell through, meaning we could still buy our chosen property and didn't lose any money all paid out on solicitors fees etc.

Having just purchased a
Having just purchased a property through CJ Holt I can not praise the staff in the Downend office highly enough. Throughout the transaction they were always professional, friendly and any queries were answered quickly and accurately. Things did not run smoothly on the day of completion (issues with solicitors) but the staff, in particular Andy and Sophie, really went the extra mile to ensure that I could pick up the keys and move in. Their professionalism, calmness and kindness made what was a very stressful situation bearable. My thanks to both them and the whole team!

Andy was so helpful and
Andy was so helpful and approachable and managed our sale which did not always run smoothly. He was quick in his responses and we cannot fault him. Dave was also very helpful when we had an issue, and the sales girls Sophie and Eva were also very friendly, knowledgable and contactable whenever we needed them. I had doubts about using a high street agent as you can get cheaper fees with online agents but CJ Hole were worth every penny as they worked hard to ensure that my sale went through smoothly. Thank you Andy and team, we are now settled in our new home and loving it.

David took the time to see
David took the time to see the potential in our house that affected the true value. Marketed our house well and we sold quite quickly. Sophie then saw us through the ups and downs with great calmness and efficiency. Overall, the team made what can be a difficult process much easier. They were efficient and friendly throughout.

Andy has been truly amazing
Andy has been truly amazing during the process of my house move, even taking on the task of chasing the Solicitors and Vendor when I wasn't getting answers, he made everything run smoothly and was always on the other end of the phone if needed and confirming everything with me so I knew paperwork was being completed. Eva showed me around the house initially and dealt with my offer and buying of the house and was lovely when doing this. I would highly recommend CJ Hole in Downend and would definitely use them if I ever sell and buy again.
