I could have not wish for a
I could have not wish for a better agent than Cj Hole and Dianne. I have never had to chase for anything, she kept me informed, she was extremely helpful, pleasant and supportive. The whole property purchasing process that could be really stressful, was made simple and bearable. I also would like to mention Charlotte, from Kingswood branch - she was just the nicest person ever! CJ Hole is a very lucky agent to have both of those ladies working for them:) Many thanks again! I was very impressed at how

Great service from all the
Great service from all the team in what turned out to be a somewhat protracted sale. Good lines of communication throughout and the office kept us updated at every part of the process, whether it be feedback from viewings or liaising with the buyer and their solicitors. The photography of the property was excellent. All in all was very happy with the service and would be happy to recommend to others as have done.

I have recently purchased a
I have recently purchased a house through CJ Hole Downend and I have been thoroughly impressed with the personable service from end to end. I was shown through the house a number of times by Sophie and Eva who were both knowledgeable about the property and the area, enthusiastic and honest in outlining both the benefits and also the downsides of the property. They were extremely accommodating to my many questions and to my family members, friends and tradesman that I brought through the house prior to completion. Andy managed the sale of the property and he was brilliant. He was genuinely excited for me, supportive of my nerves and very tolerant with my many phone calls. He never rushed me off the phone and was always available for ‘just one more question'. My house completed in 6 weeks which is amazing! CJ Hole have a brilliant service managed by Diane who calls and chases up every aspect of the sale to ensure it moves at maximum speed. I cannot recommend this team enough, they really do present a perfect bench mark of exactly what excellent customer service is.

Overall I would recommend CJ
Overall I would recommend CJ Hole. They were very professional and always helpful. David in particular was invaluable during intense moments when trying to create an opportunity, he had a calming and controlled manner that removed a lot of stress. Andy also was always on top of things and willing to discuss options regarding sale and potential onward purchases. My only criticism was that they were not particularly proactive with chasing the purchase through and managing the chain, this was mainly done by the estate agent above us in the chain. Having said that the other estate agent had multiple properties in the chain and therefore it was a higher priority to them and CJ Hole were always in contact keeping up to date with the progress. They were also very accommodating in that they were very happy to work around our family, limitig viewing times to fit around us. As I stated above I would not hesitate in recommending them.

We went with CJ Hole on the
We went with CJ Hole on the basis that Andy came across as someone who cared about being in the industry and wanted to do the right thing for his clients. Whenever there was options on the table, either offers to review or feedback to consider, Andy would give the time to walk through all options to make sure we were best informed to make the right decision for ourselves. We were never forced or pushed into a decision either. Even when the sale was handed over to the sales progressor, Andy kept a keen interest to make sure things were working for us as a client through the sales lifecycle. We've recommended CJ Hole to a number of people including both my parents and sister who have both sold houses via CJ Hole (different Bristol branches) since we completed.
