I welcome the chance to give feedback following our recent housemove. Firstly thank you to a wonderful team. I would recommend them to anyone wishing to sell or buy a property. Ben and team were wonderful at showing people around the house and always gave prompt, honest feedback. Once we had an offer, Dianne was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble, and she kept us informed every step of the way. To me, the one thing that helped most of all was that if anyone in the Downend branch said they would ring me back, they did!! So rare in this day and age. We could not have asked for better help and support.

We bought our new house

We bought our new house through C J Hole. We needed to find something where the vendors were prepared to complete in a hurry as our purchase had fallen through. The staff knew their housing stock well and quickly identified possible houses for us. We narrowed down the list and the agents went to work contacting the vendors to see if the prospect of a quick sale would be a positive thing for them. The agent managed to arrange a viewing the same day and then we made an offer. At all times C J Hole were professional and curteous if their dealings with us and they did all they could to see the sale completed quickly and without any issues.

We have just bought a house

We have just bought a house with the help of CJ Hole staff. Eva Singleton was the sales agent, Dianne Willis our sales progressor and Andrew Conmee assisted when the home buyer survey revealed things and we had to re-negotiate the price. While our solicitor wasn't always responsive and we had to make several calls to get things going, at least CJ Hole stuff was reliable, quick, and professional. We are grateful for their work.

I was really impressed with the efficiency of all the staff at CJ Hole. They kept me fully informed at all times right from viewings to completion of the sale. Dianne and Andy were especially helpful in knowing the stages each solicitor were at and what I needed to do to push it along to completion. They were very friendly and I felt I got a personable service plus they listened and understood my concerns along the way.
