Sophie was very helpful in ensuring that the purchase went as smoothly as possible. There were some hiccups in the way but Sophie was very proactive in ensuring these were resolved soon.

Very helpful, always returned

Definitely the the WORST estate agent i've had the displeasure of using in Bristol in the last 10 years! Be very careful when dealing with Tom and this agency, He tried to get me to bid against myself in a fake bidding war which after i declined to increase my offer it was suddenly accepted, The property was then "sold subject to contract" and solicitors were instructed, However CJ hole carried on talking to other parties and i have now been gazumped. This agency is what gives estate agents a bad name, 100% not trustworthy in fact liers!! avoid at all costs!! PND Developments

This is the worst company i’ve ever dealt with. We rented a house then we found it full of cockroaches and plumbing problems. Really disgusting house and very bad service.
