The team in Downend are just great. The communication, patients and support to sell our house was brilliant. They gave realistic advice and guidelines for us to follow to help with the sell. A really excellent service. I am a professional landlord and I always debate whether or not to engage Managing agents, due to cost vs value. I am so glad I appointed Rachel and the team. We had a particularly difficult year recently and she was absolutely first-class in sorting it all out.

I would just like to say that the team at CJ Hole are great. The level of communication both on the phone and email really helped keep me updated and informed all all time during the sale process. They were also very good at keeping me calm and as unstressed as possible throughout the whole thing, a very hard thing to do when 8 months pregnant. I would be happy to recommend the team and will use the office again should we move in the future.
