Very professional,great communication thorough knowledge.
Nothing was too much trouble for either Lara or Georgina of the Droitwich branch. Their assistance with my queries and their attention to detail was quite impressive. I am sure that their standard is representative of all at Andrew Grant so not only well done them but well done Andrew Grant for employing such people. They are a credit. :-)

Excellent experience
Have been looking for a new home in droitwich for the past few months. Didn't end up buying but the only agent that have kept me updated on new properties. Big thanks to the approachable staff georgina and lara for their hard work.

Moving House
Andrew Grant were very good and kept me up to date, Solicitors were reasonable but could have been better in some parts. Communication with Andrew Grant was very good, kept me updated if need be and helped me out a lot, and very satisfied with everyone in the branch - Thanks to Lara, Georgina, Karen and Karen,

Excellent, professional service
The team at Andrew Grant's in Droitwich really pulled the stops out to get my property on the market as circumstances necessitated a quick sale. Throughout the whole process they ensured everything was done by the book and kept me informed at every stage.. Although the first buyer dropped out, they contacted other interested parties and were back on track quickly. The sale has recently completed (achieving a price above the original asking price) and I really appreciate the efforts made by the team, but particularly Lara and Georgina.

Excellent Estate Agent, Would Highly recommend
When I decided to sell my property I did a little shopping around and chose Andrew Grant as they were charging the least for the same services as others had advertised. They also promised to sell my property for more money than others had quoted. I admit I was a little sceptical at first as this offer seemed to good to be true. Once I met up with Lara I was quickly put at ease. Everything was explained in great detail and Lara made the process of setting it all up very smooth. Andrew Grant sold the house within a few days with a price that I was very happy with. Many thanks to all the team at Droitwich

Never thought I would recomment an Estate Agent but...
Andrew Grant, Droitwich were helping me with a property purchase - and went above and beyond to help; being quick to answer queries, and getting information from and chase the vendor. They remained helpful and positive with me, even when the vendor was being lerss than helpful (and eventually pulling out of the sale). A special mention in particular to Lara Payne and Georgina who were my primary contacts at the branch.

Jane was excellent
Jane was on the ball and kept us fully informed while she was there. Answered all our questions and consistently had a positive attitude toward the progress of our sale. However, Andrew Grant were seriously let down by Lara the office manager. As soon as she became involved with our sale we were left with the impression that Andrew Grant were not working on our behalf. The information she gave us was unreliable and we have a strong suspicion that it was due to false information she gave to our first buyers that they dropped out. Our eventual buyers were deeply unhappy with the attitude she displayed toward them, particularly in the closing stages. She does not seem to understand some of the basics of the sale process. Our interaction with other members of the Droitwich office were on the whole positive and Jane was outstanding during the period she dealt with our sale.
