Top Of The Rock
Top of The Rock, Thought the Service I received was exceptional and I would recommend to everybody. I still visit the office weekly to see how the ladies are doing and enjoy seeing Lara and Jane's smiley faces.

Successful Purchase
My husband and I have recently completed the purchase of a property through Andrew Grant in Droitwich. Our purchase was a complete success, thanks to the efforts of Jane Cleaveley. She is a credit to the office and the company. She worked tirelessly to ensure this transaction ended well for both the vendor and the purchaser. We would highly recommend the branch manager, Lara Payne and all her team at the Droitwich office, as they provided us with excellent service throughout this purchase.

plesent & friendly
jane was always helpful and attentive to my requirements, and handled most situations well. however, if it wasn't for my purchaser writing to me directly I wouldn't have known that she wanted to buy my house even though she had shown interest to Andrew grant. it appears that as you already had a prospective buyer in play and a price agreed a potential second offer was ignored and I would have lost out on £10000 ! I don't blame jane - my guess is that it's a policy failure ....another £10k is only £150 extra commission for you so why bother. 10 out of 10 to jane though by the way your Bromsgrove office needs looking at - they handled the letting on davenham road appallingly and. d watts

Professional, efficient, effective.
Acting on a Probate sale, Andrew Grant gave prompt and efficient service and excellent marketing advice which achieved the best price within a good timescale. Very happy with the service from initial introduction through to completion. Highly recommended.

Outstanding service
The service provided by the Droitwich office was superb, Especially from Jemma, Kirsty and Hayley who were always pleased to help. tour property was sold within a day at a great price. We couldn't have asked for anything more from an estate agent

Couldn't have asked for me! They were brilliant!
My home took a while to sell - during this time Jemma and her staff continued to provide support, advice and encouragement. Once an offer was received things moved quickly and the help Jemma and Hayley gave me with the numerous forms that needed filling was hugely appreciated, as at times I felt overwhelmed by it all. I am now only 3 days from completion and throughout the whole process Andrew Grant Droitwich branch have been truly excellent.

Sale of 5 Westwood Cottages
After an extremely difficult sale, taking eight months to completion, I would not have wanted any other agent than Andrew Grant. The staff at Droitwich brought the sale to a conclusion with professional and friendly support and a great deal of patience. Thanks you very much.

A very professional team
The team based in our local Droitwich office, dealt with our property rental and subsequent sale, in a highly professional manner. We were made immediately aware of any issues and were kept up to speed with the progress of the sale. Team work
Great team work from all involved from start to finish. Very compitent in all asspects of selling and buying my house. Available to advise on any problem i had at any point in the sale and purchase, be it on the phone or direct in the office. And all done with a smile.
