Although we dealt mainly with Sarah Hetherington and Angela Tabberer, everyone at Oulsnams have been brilliant dealing with our sale. From start to finish they have been friendly and professional and we have always felt involved and kept up to date with developments. Communication is so important and valued and we have never felt that we have had to chase information. Special mention should go to Sarah in helping resolve a big last minute hitch with completion. She went 'the extra mile' to help resolve the issues and dealt with a very delicate situation so compassionately and with full respect both parties, to our buyers, and ourselves as vendors.
