We have moved house/property 14 times over 46 years so this was not a new experience, we always used an Estate Agent so we have had plenty of involvement with them. On this occasion we involved 2 E A's, the first was very helpful and friendly and gave us a valuation we were very pleased with. The second was different to any other we had experienced in all our previous moves, not only did she provide and even higher valuation than the previous E A but her shear enthusiasm for or property, it's position etc convinced us this is the agent we should go with. The good news and different experience continued with photographs and details taken of the property being exceptional. Marketing and viewing was carried out with very little involvement from us, we had around 17 viewers prior to sale and in only one, (late evening/ Sunday?) did we have to show any one round the remainder being escorted by Oulsnam. Our sale was completed with Oulsnam, again showing the difference becoming not only involved with the sale but also helping in pursuing our vendor to ensure a smooth exchange/completion. The final excellent note was, not only did our property sell with Oulsnam, but we actually achieved £5000.00 more for our property than the first E A suggested we put it on the market at! In conclusion we cannot recommend Oulsnam Team at Droitwich enough, as our experience was exceptional.
