After instructing Ewe Move, 2 days later the photography was arranged and my house was on the internet together with 3d floor plans and virtual walk through. All of this was included within the fee in addition to assisted viewing by Phil himself. Throughout the sale process Phil was quick to respond to messages via the what’s app group he set up with me and my wife, even on evenings and weekend. I have never had this level of attention from an estate agent. The sale progressed smoothly and throughout the entire process Phil was the only person I spoke too. No trainee office staff, waiting for call back etc…I had the direct line to the business owner. I am now happily settled into my new home and even enjoyed some very thoughtful gifts from Ewe Move after completion. What I’ve learned is you get what you pay for with estate agents.
