Phil is fantastic. I met Phil while I had my house listed with another agent. He was showing me round another property. He was kind, caring, and offered to share my property advert (which he did!). It was more than the other agent did!! They did no marketing or advertising of the property, and just happened to get interested when I gave notice at 6 months of no viewings. Phil on the other hand!! His customer service skills are brilliant - his marketing works and within no time I had sold the house to a cash buyer. He kept in touch with me and went the extra mile. If I ever sell another house, it will be through Phil. Thank you Phil!
