3 only because while living there it was excellent any problems ornissues we had to do with the property Nicola always made sure it got sorted etc. Then when it came to moving out we was rushing as at the same time my baby who was 4 months at the time had to undergo surgery for his hernia, so my bf had to get everything sorted himself not to mention while looking after our 2 yr old. And when we moved in the decor wasn't great to which we only painted the areas that we marked ourselves. We got told we didn't pick dog poo up which yes could have been the case with having alot on it could have been one of the things we missed, however we weren't able to see the evidence of it even though they apparently taken a photo of it. It then got brought to the DPS making a decision to which he seen the evidence but would have been great for us to see the photo too as for all we know it could have been from the previous tenants?

Would give 0 stars if possible. The brunt of the issues I faced with my tenancy was solely due to them. They are extremely poor in their communication and are too lazy to do their job. I would have to constantly chase and bombard them in order to get any response. I don't understand the purpose of them as I had to essentially do their job for them. For months, I complained about lights that didn't work in the apartment and the person I dealt with said that it was my duty to replace them. This person then left the company and I was not informed at all. After repeatedly chasing and calling to speak to someone, I was informed that she had left and I would be assigned someone else. The incompetence just continued and they finally agreed that the lights should be fixed by the landlord... after my move out date. So I had to move out in the dark which was extremely stressful and difficult, having working lights is a basic necessity which they repeatedly ignored. After moving out, the communication worsened regarding a deposit dispute. The dispute could have quickly and easily been resolved if they upheld their duties and actually communicated to the landlord effectively but that is never the case with whitegates. I decided to just resolve the deposit dispute because continuing to deal with this agency would have just wasted a considerable amount of time and energy.
Ok so where could I possibly even start when it comes to explaining the diabolical service I received when dealing with whitegates in Dronfield.... Nothing but disappointment from start to finish. After a rigorous 5 weeks of waiting to even see if I got the property (and finding out I had actually been excepted but nobody in the office could be bothered to even contact me to let me know) Finally moved in and after three months of living there they call me to say I owe two months of rent!!! In a rude manner I might add. This is to my surprise as I knew full well I was depositing the money for them to take monthly. After a couple of days of confusion on both sides we came to discover that Whitagtes Dronfield in fact FORGOT to set my direct debit up in the first place 🤣 (second red flag that I should of considered) This agency is proving to be quite useless but hey ho I'm there now and how bad could they be? Fast forward to the first house Check we came to find the two battery's in the smoke alarms needed replacing, fair enough and I would have just brought two battery's with my own money to get them back up running no problem at all But L who was the estate agent dealing with me and that property actually thought it would be better to give me two 50p smoke alarms and then actually bragged that she would charge the landlord £25 pounds EACH for these, with a smile on her face for doing it. I really knew at that point I wasn't dealing with a nice person at all. L stole our deposit when the house was absolutely perfect upon return and after witnessing her attitude, no surprise.. Clearly had her eye on our deposit from the second she saw us. Extremely ungenuine and cold service from whitegates Dronfield and I really would avoid at all costs. I will be contacting the landlord directly to put forward my expiriences with L and this agency he let's manage the rentals and show him how he is being squeezed for every penny possible by these people... There's other agency's out there guys i promise you'll regret unsung these....
