I've asked the company to contact my landlord to resolve some issues with items they have supplied, Each time I'm told It's 'put on a record'. These things are affecting my personal and professional life now and I still receive nothing back from Whitegates. Whitegates Dronfield have pacified my landlord to get away with a years worth of worries (left 'reported') to then ring me as soon as soon the landlord wishes to sell up to say that 'the landlord says it's okay to resolve these problems at your expense'. I've explained that I work at the hospital and this has affected my working patterns and they have had zero sympathy. Thanks to the ladies who have been absolutely wonderful who work there, unfortunately the practices are sub par and their policies regarding dealing with tenants are subpar.
