Hi Annie, I am very sorry to hear of the issues you have had in relation to our Dundee branch. Like many businesses we have faced issues in relation to staffing, it appears despite our best efforts this has had a negative impact on the service levels you have experienced. In relation to the white goods, we are at the mercy of the property owner to authorise such goods and I apologise that it took so long for these to arrive after you have moved in to the property.
