Hello, Dear reader. I just moved to property managed by Belvoir 13 September 2011. The service was ok, they fix the washing machine one day after I report it to the agent. Its really impress, really quick, and I communicate with the Director(Nick Horan) straight. Personally based on my experience communicating through email, he is very professional. But ofcourse every single organisation some times face some problems. I do recommend maybe Belvoir need to touch up on the courtesy of their front office as it is really important in potraying the company images and to maintain loyal customer as well as getting more new customer to the company and finally maintaining their success story which is more important. All in all, may Belvoir become a preferable letting agent with a great and excellent customer service. The most important part is to maintain a good services and relationship with customer.
