That's a fair review. I'm not an estate agent - my company manufactures plastics for car interiors. However I do understand that negative feedback can be really bad for a business - the least you might do is justify your issues with the business or follow their official complaints procedure (I guess they must have one). Don't simply resort to a cheap jibe on a 'catch all' website. I rent a property from this agent and I've had no issues, good or bad.
