[[EDIT ORIGINAL START]] Nick is very rude and lacks any kind of people skills. Responds very poorly to tenants standing up for themselves-everyone I know says they are absolutely bloody useless and I'd have to agree with them. Be warned-they are ruthless and treat you like they are somehow doing you a a favour by renting you a property. Someone needs to remind them that they are just glorified housekeepers.
