I've just come to the end of my tenancy in a property let by the Dunfermline office of Martin & Co. In the process of finding a place to rent I had dealings with a good few companies, and was surprised at the disinterest verging on contempt from some of them. Thankfully Martin & Co were not at all like that. This was the first time I had rented a property and they helped immensely guiding me through the process(es). We were able to complete the Tenancy Agreement online...all.signed and sealed from the comfort of my living room. They are friendly and approachable whilst remaining businesslike. Their communication throughout was excellent and all my queries were handled within a maximum of 24 hours (excluding weekends), usually far quicker. They also gave me plenty of notice if they, the landlord or whoever needed access to the property. Another thing which speaks volumes of Martin & Co is the way I felt respected by them. I wasn't just tenant number 231, or at least I didn't feel like I was! They were very accommodating and went above and beyond what I would have expected on a few occasions. There's probably more I could wax lyrical about, although I fear this review is becoming a bit if a rambling tale. Suffice to say, I would heartily recommend Martin & Co to anyone who would listen to me.
