Avoid at all costs. In the past they were happy to come check the home every month to make sure nothing was being damaged etc. Ignored us when we moved in the requests for damaged white goods plus faulty heaters etc. They're not there to help you whilst they are taking a percentage of the rent you are paying them like other genuine letting agencies, they are just there to make a profit and steal from you whenever they please. My solicitors will be dealing with them. We are a good family and strongly believe in karma so we would never damage anything but the way we were treated was disgusting. Avoid at all costs (costs they will take for themselves and not to help their customer). Classic profit business. Go with them if you have money you are happy to have stolen from you :).
