They get 1 star. I will stay clear ... I arranged for a viewing of one of their property. Took time off work to accommodate their time slot given. Met at the property with the agent, Very little was said about the property itself and more so, about the number of viewings they have about the property and the deposits required . .I did put my name down,and was told that it would be shortlisted and will find out in 2 days .. It,s been over a week. And still no news. Not sure it this was the norm,rhat they just dont contact you if your application is not successful . I will not use their services again and would not recommend them ever.

I sadly have to say Martin & Co Dunfermline were helpful in me renting a property unfortunately ive been asked to vacate the property after less than 5 months as the landlord needs his place back . There is no support what so ever and a very harsh approach in leaving some one high and dry . Cant believe the law is 28 days notice and no support to find another place nothing. Not to mention costly
