I've just come to the end of my tenancy in a property let by the Dunfermline office of Martin & Co. In the process of finding a place to rent I had dealings with a good few companies, and was surprised at the disinterest verging on contempt from some of them. Thankfully Martin & Co were not at all like that. This was the first time I had rented a property and they helped immensely guiding me through the process(es). We were able to complete the Tenancy Agreement online...all.signed and sealed from the comfort of my living room. They are friendly and approachable whilst remaining businesslike. Their communication throughout was excellent and all my queries were handled within a maximum of 24 hours (excluding weekends), usually far quicker. They also gave me plenty of notice if they, the landlord or whoever needed access to the property. Another thing which speaks volumes of Martin & Co is the way I felt respected by them. I wasn't just tenant number 231, or at least I didn't feel like I was! They were very accommodating and went above and beyond what I would have expected on a few occasions. There's probably more I could wax lyrical about, although I fear this review is becoming a bit if a rambling tale. Suffice to say, I would heartily recommend Martin & Co to anyone who would listen to me.

Sold my house using Martin & Co Dunfermline. The entire team were excellent from start to finish. The initial valuation was thorough with no pressure to sign, and once the ball was rolling everything was carried out efficiently. My case manager kept me up to date frequently and always made time if I had any questions. The whole process was smooth and everyone went above and beyond to assist, it really felt like they cared about their customers. I would highly recommend.

You cannot do better if you need a letting agent or want to sell a property.We have used their services for over 10 years to look after our flat and the different tenants over that time. They have obtained several different tenants for us and ensured that we were not involved, other than to confirm we agreed with their choice. We live in the South of England so we relied on Martin and Co staff very heavily. They dealt with the odd breakdown or problem keeping us in the loop but with out the immediate worries. When after a lot of thought we felt that it was time to sell our property, again Martin & Co came to our rescue and arranged the sale for us. At all times we have found all their staff who each had a specific task, performed it proffessionally, responsibly and in a friendly manner, that filled us with confidence that they were looking after our tenants and us in a caring way with the least worry or input to us at a time when my health was not at its best. When we rented a property from Martin and Co dunfermline we had some intial teething issues which were promptly dealt with by out property manager Sara, and throughout our time in the property the property management team were always available to contact if there were any issues. After renting from a few other agencies across the country this was my first experience of an agency who's interest was in the tennents and landlords best interest. Amazing service from the initial viewing to the moving-out!

Martin’s in Dunfermline were our letting agents. They were always on the ball, very quick to inform us of any problems and arranging for solutions very speedily. Always friendly and helpful on the phone (our contact was almost exclusively via phone and email). We were with them for over 9 years and we built up up a very good relationship over that time. The whole team made it so much easier to be distance landlords. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone as letting and estate agents. Thank you Martin and Co.
