Using an agent

This is the first time my partner and I have used an estate agent when renting a property. Whereas I have no major complaints about the customer service or agents, I think communication on some occasions could be slightly better. Overall, Robinsons have helped us along the way, and I hope the agents continue to help us as we move onto a longer term contract.
