Using an agent
This is the first time my partner and I have used an estate agent when renting a property. Whereas I have no major complaints about the customer service or agents, I think communication on some occasions could be slightly better. Overall, Robinsons have helped us along the way, and I hope the agents continue to help us as we move onto a longer term contract.

They have made it easy to rent my property to tenants.
I have used Robinsons for a number of years now to let out my property in the Dunstable area. They have always managed to find me tenants who pay on time and look after the property. They can be relied to get on with things without fuss. This allows me to get on with my own business without interruption.

Extremely Helpful
I am a landlord and rent my property out via Robinson’s estate agents. I have used them for many years and have always been happy with the service they have provided. They are extremely helpful, friendly, supportive and professional in their approach. When ever I have had issues with tenants or properties they have been quick to respond and resolve.

Robinsons have been efficient and business like in all their transactions
Robinsons had been dealing with my daughter's flat for many years and she recommended them. I also have found them very good and would also rate they highly as a trouble free service.

Lovely team, would recommend.
Really appreciate having Michael there, he's so helpful, quick to respond and always happy to help - he's an asset to the team. Service is great and I'd be happy to recommend to friends and family (in fact I have done and she's happy too!). Sometimes matters in hand may need to be chased, matters with the tenants/contracts etc.; this is something that could be improved. Overall however, very happy.

Outstanding in every way!
My partner and I needed to rent our property out as we secured posts in Lima, Peru (a big move!). Robinsons were out-and-out superb in assisting us with the preparation and processes leading to the move and renting our property. I can unreservedly recommend Robinsons to anybody looking to rent or buy. I have also used Robinsons to value our property. As an all-round estate agents, they are top quality and I place them right at the top of the list. I can only say nice things!
