Could not have asked for more in this stressful period. After our house sale fell through (under another estate agent) 24h before completion Helen and Ann kept us informed and helped us with the solution that was found. Still not heard back from original estate agent. So if we ever sell/buy in the future we are likely to come back to JW Wood instead.
