I decided to choose JW Wood to sell my first home after reading the other reviews and I'm honestly so pleased that I did. I was very nervous about putting my home on the market, but the team made the process extremely easy and pain free from the very start. It's obvious that they took the time and effort to ensure I had realistic expectations and gave me some good guidance on how to improve the attractiveness of the property. They worked really hard to promote the property once I gave the nod. Obviously they know what they are doing as I had numerous viewings booked in before I could blink. Less than 3 weeks on the market and I've already agreed a sale! I cant thank them enough and they will be my estate agent of choice when I'm looking for my next home!
