I was thinking about giving 1 star but Audrey is nice and patient. Hence one of employees is not that great to be honest. I don’t know if he treats me bad is based on my race or he just treats everyone this way. I didn’t have a nice checking out experience with this agent but I didn’t want to waste too much time, so I had to spend more money. At first he wanted to charge me a lot for some damage made by natural and definitely not by people. After arguing and stating a clear explanation, I did have some reduction. The most important point is, after moving out, as I left my router there, paying extra fees of two months, I connected him to reach out to the new tenants to check when they have time so my friends could fetch it for me, ignoring the fees. After sending him two emails, he never replied. I wonder why this post service can be trash like this. Students don’t need to spend time and money here. Some employees say things in different ways which may confuse you and they may ignore you after your renting period is over. I will never recommend!!

He can take you through our complaints procedure if required. Our team is trained to treat all individuals with dignity and respect and we apologise if something transpired that did not meet this standard. We never like to make deductions from any tenant’s deposit and only aim to do so where damages beyond fair wear and tear exist. Having just gone through our email history with you, we are confident there was thorough written communication about the repair that would be required, particularly after a large dog was found to be living at the property without prior permission. Unfortunately, this required some minor repainting and thorough cleaning of dog urine spots and waste left around the house, which I can see was both negotiated and signed off by yourself. Tenants must also ensure any bills they have set up have been closed off with their provider and that routers have been removed from the property at move-out. We are sorry you did not have the best experience with your move-out, but hope there is some understanding as to why we need to recommend deductions for damages at the end of a tenancy.
