Overall I have had a very satisfying experience when I decided to rent my flat with Thorgills, Ealing Branch. Leon Sood came to check and assess the property and he was very thorough, kind and clear in explaining the whole process to a first-time landlord like me. Letting agent Tomek Cole took over and managed to rent my flat very quickly, finding an excellent tenant and helping out to ensure a smooth transaction in every way he could. Last but in no way least I would like to provide feedback about Senior Client Support Consultant Alice Carrick. Alice had already been involved with the purchase of the property I am now renting out and therefore I was already aware of her professionalism, efficiency and ability to work remotely using technology such as electronic signing of documents and keeping the client informed at all times. Alice's help was also invaluable in terms of organising and providing extra services in record time - furniture, professional cleaning and inventory. The nature of my work means that some days I can't even answer the phone or check my emails and without the help and can-do attitude of the staff at Thorgills I wouldn't have been able to rent my property quickly and successfully.
