Ranjeev Bhanot

The exception to almost all male estate agents I've had dealings with. Ranjeev (Reg) listens, he doesn't make dumb small talk and he doesn't burp property cliches at you. He's all the more accomplished for his lack of patter. He seems to really care about what the house-hunter wants and his lack of pressure yet calm persistence in trying to find us what we want is really wonderful. I have recommended him to a number of friends already. I work in the media...a world of fake chatter and pretend connections...and I spot someone who is not authentic immediately. Reg is authentic, kind, knowledgable and utterly professional.
