What an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Emma and her team are professional friendly and do everything they need to.. One of the things I appreciated about their service was the way all phone calls were returned all emails replied to. I would highly recommend this branch and it was thanks to Emma that the tenants were able to move in on time. Fantastic team!

Buying or selling a property is a very stressful process (we have all heard the horror stories). Working in property construction myself I get to hear my fair share. I was selling a property in South Ealing/Brentford border. We had our dream house under offer and we needed to get our property to market and under offer quickly. From the minute the Thorgills team went to market with our property they worked hard to actively create viewings, determined to maximise the chances of a good offer- always giving feedback from viewing to keep us in the loop (often outside working hours). My estate agent that managed to secure our offer was Vishaal Kher. Vishaal instantly built a close rapour with my buyer and gained his trust- the complete opposite to a "stereotypical estate agent", being honest and not just telling you what you want to hear. Vishaal was always on hand to liaise with the solicitors and giving them the push they need to get the paper work over the line. I can't recommend him highly enough- keep up the great work!
