Excellent service throughout.
We were very impressed with Dannie Walton from the moment we met him through to exchange and completion. He aranged an open house and subsequent accompanied viewings and our property sold really quickly at the price we were hoping for despite the post Brexit slump. We had no issues at all thanks to Dannie and his commitment, customer service, knowledge and expertise. He really was absolutely fantastic in all aspects and made the process quick, easy and stress free. He was always approachable, available and willing to help. I would thoroughly recommend Dannie for his knowledge, experience, courtesy and commitment. We are overjoyed and wish Dannie every continued deserved success.

Friendly, helpful and professional

Extremely proactive and outstanding service
Having had several agents instructed and managing a Sales team in an Estate Agency in Kensington myself, I can firmly say that the service received from Thorgills has been second to none. Dannie and Reg are go-getters and never give up. They were 100% determined to sell our property and have successfully done so. In what I have known to be the toughest market, having worked in the industry for 5 years, they truly did an incredible job. The level of viewings, feedback and general service and friendliness received was superb. I cannot recommend this agency highly enough and particularly Dannie Walton and Ranjeev Bhanot.

Outstanding service throughout from Dannie & Reg
The whole experience from beginning to end has been exceptional from both Dannie and Reg: The two of them get the right balance between a professional and friendly personal approach. They always follow-up with detailed feedback after every viewing, gave sound advice and represented me and my property with utmost integrity. I instructed a number of other agents, who were in all honesty very poor and struggled to get viewings. However, Dannie & Reg were relentless in ensuring consistent viewings on a weekly basis. I highly recommend Thorgills as an agency, and Dannie & Reg as agents.
