Ranjeev Bhanot
The exception to almost all male estate agents I've had dealings with. Ranjeev (Reg) listens, he doesn't make dumb small talk and he doesn't burp property cliches at you. He's all the more accomplished for his lack of patter. He seems to really care about what the house-hunter wants and his lack of pressure yet calm persistence in trying to find us what we want is really wonderful. I have recommended him to a number of friends already. I work in the media...a world of fake chatter and pretend connections...and I spot someone who is not authentic immediately. Reg is authentic, kind, knowledgable and utterly professional.

Dannie Walton's excellent service helped seal our purchase
This was a first-time purchase, complicated by the fact that we got married and went on honeymoon part-way through the process! Dannie was excellent, chasing whenever was needed and giving us a lot of help and info throughout the process.

Helpful and friendly service - thank you Reg!
This was our first time buying and Reg played a big part in making it a very quick, easy and largely stress-free process. He was always in touch with updates, and quick to pick up the phone and chase people on our behalf - we really felt like he 'had our back' throughput our search and purchase. I would highly recommend working with Reg at the team at Thorgills. Everyone we met was friendly, honest and happy to help. Thanks for finding us our first flat Reg!

-Very good in terms of everything, the agents i worked with are incredible, they have checked up on me on daily basis to see whether i a) made my mind up about a property i viewed or b) if they found another property that is suitable for me and c) kept me updated with the whole process. I worked with 3 different branches , Brentford,Southall and Isleworth and they were all professional and very easy to get along with, they didnt push me or force me into anything i didnt like or had a bad feeling about, i was controlling the whole house hunt and they helped me along the way, there is nothing bad to say about them. Would recommend to anyone. Excellent customer service frm Simon and Tomek who's have an excellent experience. Thank you guys Christina

Excellent service
The service received from Thorgills and Reg (Rhanjeev) in particular was excellent. He was professional, honest and a pleasure to work with. We were keen to keep up the momentum on our property purchase and Reg did a lot of work behind the scenes to ensure that all the different stakeholders were headed in the right direction. Thank you!

Very helpful and professional
Danny was very friendly and professional in helping me find my first property. He lined up more properties every time and made the most of my time to show me a wide enough range of flats meeting my criteria. Not over the top either, he left me time and space to think.
