Mid-Term Inspection
I was delighted with the service I received from Brian Holt. They are efficient and professional as well as friendly and approachable. They did the mid-term inspection on my rental property and provided an in-depth and honest report, together with recommendations at a very competitive cost. They been extremely helpful in assisting me to find reliable local contractors to carry out the work recommended in the report, which would otherwise have been very difficult as I live 130 miles away from my property. I highly recommend this Agent.
