Though it took a long time to make a sale that should have happened very quickly, we were victims of a string of unfortunate events all caused by 3 or 4 buyers whose decision-making was as logical as a hedgehog attempting to cross the M1 in rush hour. Though it had been very frustrating, annoying and irritating, the estate agents made the very best of the situation and got the result we were looking for in the end and were helpful and reassuring throughout and acted decisively and promptly each time a potential buyer let us down.
