Help with a problem tenant is very much appreciated

I am very grateful for a quick and professional resolving of a problem with my tenant who was consistently late with rent pay, changed his mobile number and avoided any contact to discuss the situation. While I was fearing the worst - serving notices on the tenant, court proceedings for obtaining a possession order, bailiffs, etc., Area Letting Manager from Martyn Gerrard East Finchley managed to sort it out for me by meeting my tenant in person.
