A tough sale

This was a long slow sale, and after a slightly faltering start, which was quickly remedied, the Martin Gerrard team worked hard, efficiently, patiently and persistently, over a 7 month period to achieve a good result, and, importantly, provided me with wise and robust advice along the way at key moments.
