To whom this may concern; They say that moving houses is one of the most stressful things you can go through. Unfortunately after having had our first flat for just 18months my husband and I needed to move quite quickly to be closer to family. The thought of having to go through it all again so soon was not a pleasant one. Dario made the process of buying our new property so much easier. From the very first viewing he understood what we were looking for and kept us up-to date with progress at every stage. He was always prompt in replying to my queries and facilitated communication between my husband and I and our sellers. We never felt that we were taking up too much of his time, even though I’m sure he would’ve had a lot of other work on at the time. I’m sure I must’ve asked many questions more than once, but he was always polite, friendly and patient. Most importantly he always made sure he was in the loop, he liaised with Dexters who were selling our old flat in South West London and he always followed through with what he said he would do. I think people underestimate how important trust and follow through are in a relationship. I would just like to say that I was so impressed that I spoke to his manager and asked whether I could provide a review, I wasn’t asked to. He is a real credit to the team and to the reputation of the company and I would just like to express how incredibly grateful we are for all of his efforts. I would be more than comfortable recommended the service to anyone locally who is thinking of selling or renting their property.
