I am pleased that I chose Martyn Gerrard as my estate agent for selling my flat as they were also the agent for the flat I was buying. Having one contact person for my sale and purchase - Ercan Aziz - made everything so much easier. Buying and selling property is so stressful and a good estate agent will help take some of that pressure off you. Ercan did a stellar job following up and trying to please both seller and buyer which isn't always easy. All in all a great experience, and I would highly recommend Martyn Gerrard and Ercan. The entire team were on the ball and pleasant to deal with.
