From a landmark buildings perspective of East Grinstead this is one of the outstanding gems of architectural heritage. A simply beautiful building. I've often looked at the wonderful construction. And wondered its history. I used to do dowsing as a hobby years ago and marvelled at the apparent fact of all the underground catacombs and tunnels - of which there are many - seem for some reason to make for under this impressive old building.

Throughout the whole process, from viewing our new home to completion of all the paperwork the staff at Cluttons have been excellent. As first time renters no question was too silly for them and everything was dealt with in an exemplary manner. Three staff in particular are worthy of a mention, Sam Benson, Lisa Chambers and Will Jones who coached us perfectly through the whole process - thank you guys

Very pleasant experience with this estate agent . Initially we were looked after by Lisa who was very friendly and helpful , then the majority of the letting handled by Sam . Sam was very professional and nothing was too much trouble for her , she really looked a After us do well , with emails , phone calls and follow ups . A very friendly estate agent who I would highly recommend
