Very helpful and friendly

Having only been letting with braemore for 1 month so far, they have gone out of their way to help me with everything in the flat. When the washer was broken an engineer was out within 48 hours to test it and it was replaced within a week. When the boiler clock failed, they had a new one fitted within a week. The convenience of not having to be in was great for me. When the fridge broke, they kept me updated with the progress and chased the landlady on a regular basis until it was replaced. Can not fault their service and helpfulness especially Urszula. Thanks again ;-)
